The 72 A/c sea facing rooms are split into standard rooms, cottages, suites & villas. The above rates are per room per night including breakfast, Hotel Luxury Tax @ 12.5% on the published Hotel’s room rate and Government Service Tax of 3.09 % charged extra as stated above.

Our Booking Procedure

TERMS AND CONDITIONS :

1. Full names must be submitted at the time of making the booking.
2. Rates given are per room per night and include breakfast unless specified.
3. The breakfast if mentioned in the room rate will be provided at coffee shop/ Area designated by the hotel during breakfast operation hours (in between 0730 hrs to 1000 hrs) only. Any requirement beyond the hours of operation would be subject to additional charge.
4. There will be no refund/ discount if breakfast/ or any meals included not utilised as per the booking.
5. All the confirmed booking is NON TRANSFERABLE to your family members/ friends/ colleagues in case you change/ cancel your travel plan due to the reason. Fresh booking will be done in case your family member/ friends/ colleagues wish to travel on that particular day/ period.
6. In the event of any Force Majeure, Cox & Kings/ Hotel will not be liable for any loss, damage or claim either by you/ your company or any 2nd or 3rd party.
7. In case of any extra bed is required in the room, please be advised that an additional charge would be applicable and only a roll away will be provided if extra bed facility is not available. Confirmation on triple occupancy is subject to availability of bed and provided for up to 12 years of age.
8. Standard check in and Checkout time is 12 Noon (Except few hotels / cities). All extensions and early arrival are subject to availability and will be charged as per the individual hotel policy.
9. Any dispute will be settled within the guidelines framed by Cox & Kings and in Bombay High court only.
10. The rates are SUBJECT TO CHANGE without any notice.
11. The above rates are only valid for the ‘2nd Cardiovascular Control Conference’ from 09 – 13th December 2008.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy of Rooms

Reservation Policy

1. All your requests / bookings is subject to confirmation by depositing a minimum amount equivalent to 01 night’s stay.
2. You will advise complete details about you at the time of the request.
3. We will charge from your Credit card/ Bank transfer when we are able to confirm you the travel arrangements within 24 working hours on the receipt of your request. Please be advised that 2.5% processing fee would be applicable if the payment is made through Credit Card.

Payment Terms and Conditions :

1. The hotel rooms are available till 31st August 2008. Theirafter it is subject to avaialability at the Hotel.

Cancellation / No Show Policy / Retention Policy :

1. The payments made for the booking of rooms are fully refundable till 15th September 2008 (However the Government Service Tax of 3.09 % is Non – Refundable).
2. The cancellation made between 16 September - 15 October 2008 would attract a retention of 01 night’s stay.
3. The cancellation made between 16 – 30 October 2008 would attract a retention of 02 night’s stay.
4. The cancellation made 01 November 2008 onwards would attract a 100 % retention as a cancellation charge.

The Above Cost Does Not Include :

1. Expense of personal nature like tipping, laundry, and telephone/fax calls, alcoholic beverages, camera/video camera fee at monuments, medical expenses, airport departure tax etc.
2. Meals other than those specified above.
3. Any additional expense incurred due to a change in the Government of India and Reserve Bank of India regulations pertaining to taxes, fuel hikes, air-fares and transport and any force majored situation due to political conditions.
