| Our Booking Procedure |

TERMS AND CONDITIONS :
- Full names must be submitted at the time of making the booking.
- The booking is confirmed only after receiving the advance payment.
- All the confirmed booking is NON TRANSFERABLE to your family members/ friends/ colleagues in case you change/ cancel your travel plan due to the reason. Fresh booking will be done in case your family member/ friends/ colleagues wish to travel on that particular day/ period.
- In the event of any Force Majeure, Cox & Kings will not be liable for any loss, damage or claim either by you/ your company or any 2nd or 3rd party.
- Any dispute will be settled within the guidelines framed by Cox & Kings and in Bombay High court only.
- The above rates are only valid for the ‘2nd Cardiovascular Control Conference’ from 09 – 13th December 2008.
